General Questions

What is double drawn?

Double drawn hair is where all the hairs are the same length. This gives the hair a more voluminous and full appearance. The hair is sorted and trimmed multiple times to ensure all the hairs are the same length, making double drawn hair the more premium option.

How many bundles do I need for sew-in or wig?

For the kinky straight bundles, we recommend 2-3 bundles depending on your thickness preference. For body and/or summer wave hair we recommend three bundles, though you likely will have surplus after styling.

Should I get a closure or a frontal?

We highly recommend our 5x5 closures. That allow for easy wearability and a lot more versatility. However if you like to wear your hair pulled back or push it behind the hair often we recommend our frontals. Frontals do require application, they are not throw on and go wigs. But they can be applied in 5 minutes with Got2B Glue Hairspray and a blow dryer.

How long does shipping take?

Can I get my hair by a certain date?

Please use the contact form if you have a certain date you need the hair by. We may be able to accommodate you even when the pre-sale is closed.

Wig Questions

How do I know what wig size to get?

For all wigs you need to measure the circumference of your head. For frontal wigs, ear to ear measurements are also required. See image below.

Can I get a rush delivery on my wig?
