There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges unless there is an error on the part of KSHairOnly.
Any person who attempts to scam or defraud will be blocked from future purchases.
This is a pre-sale, and all orders will take 2-3 weeks to ship.
- All shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail or UPS with insurance + tracking.
- USPS Priority Mail is 2-3 day delivery, however USPS doesn't absolutely guarantee that delivery time frame. If you have had issues with your post office, please consider setting mailing to your job.
